- ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be:
- In its original condition.
- Unused, unworn, and undamaged.
- In its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- REFUNDS
We offer refunds within 10 business days after the date of purchase in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa. To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at sales@kuhler.co.za with your order number and reason for the return.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, less any shipping or handling fees. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account.
- EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges within 10 business days after the date of purchase. To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team at sales@kuhler.co.za with your order number and the item you would like to exchange.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, we will ship the replacement item to you, subject to availability.
- SHIPPING
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

The following items are not eligible for a refund or exchange:

- Sale or clearance items.
